Rolcon grooved conveyor rollers are perfect for line shaft conveyors or for systems that utilize motorized conveyor rollers as the driving device and grooved rollers as the slave roller.  Although single and double grooved rollers are by far the most popular type of grooved conveyor roller, Rolcon can locate grooves any where along the roller and/or put multiple grooves on one roller.

    • Tubes are 18 gauge for 1-3/8, 16 gauge for 1-5/8 and 1.9 and 11 gauge for 2.5 as standard

  • Roller Bearings:
    • ABEC 1 as standard roller bearings set
    • Other conveyor roller bearings available upon request
  • Roller Shaft:
    • Hexagonal:  5/16 for 1-3/8 dia., 7/16 for 1-5/8 and 1.9 dia., 11/16 for 2.5 dia.
    • Shafts are spring loaded on both ends for ease of installation.
