Roller corrosion can be a major problem for your conveyor line! Rolcon corrosion resistant conveyor rollers provide resistance to corrosive chemicals and materials while on your conveyor system.

Rolcon manufactures a unique plastic roller. Our corrosion resistant conveyor roller is made of an outer PVC shell with an inner steel roller tube that is light weight yet has excellent material handling load carrying capabilities. The roller comes standard with a carbon steel axle but can also be purchased with a stainless steel axle or our patented molded thermoplastic polyurethane axle for greater corrosion resistance.

    • ABEC 1 sealed roller bearing to prevent contamination. A stainless steel sealed bearing may be substituted to provide even greater roller corrosion resistance
  • Roller Shaft:
    • Hexagonal: .437 (7/16) carbon steel
    • Stainless steel roller shaft may be used for greater corrosion resistance
